2. Enrolment requirments
What we require for enrolment

P402 or RSPH Level 3 for asbestos surveying

Insurance
-
CV
-
Fit test certificate (RPE)
-
EA Licence for waste disposal (Hazardous)
-
Signed agreement for "Conditions of Membership"

Photograph (Selfie)

Payment of invoice
NOTE
Enrolment will not start until all of the above have been received
Where documents cannot be verified or are considered not suitable, you will be informed
Once all documents have been supplied & verified, the applicant will be enrolled at the Bronze level.
3. Advancement
Advancing to the Silver level requires the following:
-
A written, detailed Desk Top Study (DTS) for a survey.

The Plan of Work and Risk Assessment for the survey in the DTS
-
The completed asbestos survey report detailed in the DTS.
-
Evidence of the disposal of the hazardous waste disposal.
-
Up to date copies of training, insurance, certifications, etc.

Evidence of other safety training
-
Submission of QMS conforming to a minimum of ISO 9001
4. Advancement
Advancing to the Gold level requires the following:
-
An audit of you undertaking an asbestos survey.
-
Quality Management System (QMS) conforming to ISO 90021.
-
The re-submission of in-date documents where required
