To enroll in the Guild, you will be asked to upload several documents
These are:

Your training - P402/RSPH Lvl 3, fit test cert., annual refresher

Your CV

Your insurance

A photo, or you can take a selfie in the enrollment form

Company information (if required)

You will also be asked to sign a form agreeing to The Guilds conditions.
There is an introductory rate of £250.00 until the end of October 2026. The normal rate of £350 will then apply from the 1st November 2026.
Once payment has been received, verification will begin.

Option 1
You will be asked to send several documents to The Guild, once received, we will issue an invoice, on receipt of payment, verification begins.
Where documents are not available or to the level required, The Guild will assist you in attaining them through our partnership network.
